will this game be editable?

Sorry if this has been asked before, so answer me and close it.
But please, i want to know if this game is going to be editable like EU is.
For example the events, flags, "shields" (as i have see in the screnshots, there no shields, they are replaced by bigger flags) and all the other stuff...
Maybe the admins or the betatester can answer, i just want to know, i do not need details...

I love this guy! Do you realize how many game designers wouldn't even think of making their game editable?
