1. Finland. I am pretty sure this is the most important one which still lacks its own focus tree. And it's very likely to get it eventually.
2. Sweden. If Finland gets it, Sweden will most likely get it as well. Paradox comes from Sweden after all.
3. Siam. Eventhough it's a very small minor, it's the only Japanese Ally so it deserves a focus tree.
4. Brazil. It's big. It participated in WW2. Deserves a focus tree.
5. Iran. The only country in the Middle East that really needs a focus tree IMO. It played an important role in WW2.
6. Argentina. Maybe not as important as the rest in this list since it's so distant and it was far from being a major power. But Argentina's history during the game period was quite interesting, and there was a real possibility that they could have joined he axis. Also Hitler memes. If Brazil gets a focus tree, Argentina should get it tío.
