There are too many ducats and points at late game already, and new DLC will give late game ducat booster called coal. We need some changes to economy.

For example:
Increase advisor cost increase over time from 0.5% to 1%.
Nerf discount of estates advisor from -50% to -25%.
Increase land maintenance increase from technology level from 1% to 2%.
Add base yearly inflaction increase modifer, like +0.2% per year.
Buff bonuses from professionalism and make professionalism also increase land maintenance.
Increase institution embrace cost.

This request has been going on for months and they dont seem to pay any attention or maybe it just doesn't fit for their multiplayer focus on their quest to make EU4 a e-sport, making the game lame an boring by 1650 unless you go for WC (which is boring by itself) or playing multiplayer, haha.

EUIV has never had a competitive mode and it never will.

Just look at the state of its high level players. I got a 'friendly reminder' how exploits are an accepted strategy, how I should stop complaining about them and pretty much everyone agreed.
Heck, EUIV's most famous streamer didn't get where he is because of his skill despite being a good player. He got there because he's an entertainer and massive exploit user/savescummer.

Even in devclashes we get to see broken mechanics every now and then just to see them get 'fixed' immediately after the match or prevented by house rules.

No way you'll ever get a competitive scene together. Every competitive player has their own special exploits and tricks to break the game and whoever uses them best wins.
That's not fun to watch and even if it were for some people, you couldn't take the title seriously.

Let's stick to devclashes. They're entertaining and competitive without aiming to crown the world's best.

EDIT: As for the original topic, I expect them to nerf goods produced in one of the next patches.
Even they have to admit it has become ridiculous.

I didnt really mean the e sports thing. It was just a joke to parody and critizice how they only seem to develop the game towards multiplayer. When you play those massive multiplayer games they play money is obviously an issue throughout the whole game.
