Everyone keeps complaining... I was going to get EUIII, but everyone says the AI is fundamentally flawed.

I think it is the broken gameplay that causes the forums to go half-dead:
Too many governors for large empires that don't make much difference
Small states having to conquer a huge empire just to get one province out of the war
Trade routes system that is just too gamey and tiring with larger empires

I got bored of this game and play IN now.
Its just, for lack of a better word, incomplete. The mods don't fix it for me either. I enjoyed the game longer than the other flavor of the week garbage that costs $50 however so I still think its money well spent.
I wont be playing it again however until a patch comes out and fixes my issues with it or a VERY good mod equivellent to AGCEEP or MM come out for it.

TBH, after playing the demo i cant even be bothered to buy for 20 Euro which it costs on GG now.
