What are you implying with this? Lay it on me. I want to know. Why do you think it is "conveniently published at the end of the work day"?
Some times it's a simple as "it was not ready at 14:30, so we postponed it to polish it up". There's nothing nefarious about it.

Nobody answering for a few days is a fair criticism. Personally I couldn't really answer any questions, because I didn't have answers, but I do hope today's edition will answer some of them.
EDIT: Also, I apologize for my rather hostile tone. It was frankly unwarranted.
