I wouldn't be surprised if we get some decimals. For example, EUIV's release version was 1.1, rather than 1.0i was wondering if we would get v1 on release or if we might already have some decimals. cant wait to find out when i get home from work!
What is with the Lagging and Performance problems on bigger Maps some YouTubers and PC Magazines reporting about? Will they be fixed in the release version???
Sadly not, Stellaris seems to share the fate of Eu4 and CK2 lagging in the late-game. Lets hope for the best.(Were the issues with CK2 after they tacked on India ever completely resolved?)
I wouldn't count on it.
Looking back at Paradox's history with CK2 and EU4, I'd say Stellaris will get on-going bug fixing (and expansions) for a long time to come, and any problems with slow downs will be worked on, but may not ever be completely resolved. (Were the issues with CK2 after they tacked on India ever completely resolved?)
They said the galaxy -->rendered<-- smoothly. So the game can create it in a meaningful way. They didn't actually play in it.In the DEV Blog Modding they wrote about having a system with 5.000 Stars an it still runs smootly. I hoped this is was truth![]()
I really hope you are wrong :-/ In this new Version from the Clausewitz Engine this Problems are hopefully fixed. In the DEV Blog Modding they wrote about having a system with 5.000 Stars an it still runs smootly. I hoped this is was truth![]()
I suspect that it depends on what kind of hardware is being used to run the game.
Systems below recommended stats may always struggle somewhat with bigger maps.
