will "the Picts" Be in this game?

I was just wondering about this...

Byt 1066, the Picts had been absorbed into the Kingdom of Scotland. So in a way yes, as they will be part of the Scottish kingdom in the game. But no as an independent state.

i dont remember if i ever found out if there was a way to play and eventualy be the kingdom of portugal?

The Kingdom of Portugal did not exist until 1139...

Wether the Leonese Counts of Portucale will be playable in 1066 remains uncertain. Any scenario starting after 1139 should be possible though
