Will the last HRE decision integrate marches?

I don't see why it wouldn't; provided they're a member of the HRE they should be integrated just fine..

What happens to HRE members that vote against Renovatio Imperii? Do they get inherited against their will?
a fun idea would be instead of forming the hre, turn all your vassals into marches xD
Yep! Also, you can release as many HRE vassals as you can beforehand - that should give you majority in no time.
Yes, the last reform integrates them.
I was playing England, had Switzerland as my march. Didn't think about Austria revoking the privilege :blush: They did, got my march (as well as two of my other HRE vassals), and a couple of years later the HRE formed with Switzerland nicely integrated and me raging about my own stupidity.
