I saw that 'Archbishopric' is king ranked from DDR Jake's streaming, and Riga was an archbishopric, also had same crown icon of kingdom.
Trier also was an archbishopric and king ranked, but I can understand it as Trier was an electorate and had some position at northern Europe(As archbishopric is king ranked, will papal state be emperor ranked? As chancellor of Bourgogne-archbishop of Trier has this title as well- is king ranked, will duchy of bourgogne be king ranked?).
However, how can Riga be king ranked? Even Teutonic order and Livonian order were duchy ranked at DDR Jake's streaming. Was it intended or simply miscoded?
And I saw that Navarra was duchy. If king ranked Riga isn't intended, Paradox might think that -5 years of national focus delay is too much for little country. If they decided to make a government level nearly empty and matter of prestige, historical kingdoms which are minor in game like Navarra could get king title(Trevizond isn't an empire, right?).
