Next patch, do you think that the Persia area will be harder? when going into Timurids lands (Ming and/or Ottoman into India/Persia) or do you think it will be easier? At first I was sure it was going to be easier, but now I'm having secound thoughts. I'm asking this now, as I want to try for a Ming - Yuan and maybe Mughals WC.

As we don't know for sure yet, I'm only asking what you think. I think that as Timurids as splitted up, with big vassals, the whole area may be in chaos. instead of before when Timurids either lose most of it's lands to Persia or they stand strong in the area. (Which forces Ming to attack them if they border, to not trigger the disaster.)

Bonus question: Going Ming - Yuan (maybe also adding Mughals route) would colonisation idea set be a total waste of time? (Like maybe to strengthen Brunei trade node by colonizing Philipines? Or by going into America)

Persia has never been hard to deal with in a world conquest, regardless of what happens there

Timurids into Mughals will be a lot like the Ottomans currently are, as they have cores on most of their vassals (at least that's what the devs said like a month ago), so if they get rebellious just reconquest. You aren't a horde anymore which is good because it makes your country more stable and being a horde in the persian mountains sucks. Oh and the Persian revolter cores should be gone as well iirc

So expanding through the Magrheb to get a european capital and taking a your perma claim in india and making them trade companies is gonna make you filthy rich, honestly, Timurids->Mughals is probably in the best position for a really strong economy really early

Also all those nations with the new persian government (like that shia opm that formed persia in history and oman) make great vassals for one faith runs

Ming sucks because the Celestial Empire is the worst government ever, I just hate dealing with mandate.

I see, never thought of actually playing them, just to conquer them.
The reason I wanted to be Ming however is because they already are rich, compared to everyone else. and having lots of tributaries gives much monarchs points, and also could potensially revoke many coalation chances. Also, they are hard to conquer, and by playing them getting the Yuan or Mughals idea set, with the bonuses mentioned already, I would imigine a swift and easy WC. But I never actually tried a WC before, so what do I know.
Timurids also holds lands which Ming would need in order to form Mughals (From Shan or Yuan) which is also the main reason I'm asking, if I would have to be more careful or I can swiftly and easily take the lands needed.

Since the Timurids are going to become a lot more unstable when the starting ruler dies, I think the best start would be farming as much prestige as you can, and dumping it onto your vassals to keep them loyal for 10 years. Once you annex one or two (or three if you get enough prestige) of your vassals you're back to stable and can proceed as normal.
