Will I inherit all vassals with Renovatio Imperii if I make them marches?

Title is pretty descriptive I think. I have only 1 reform left and because a war with France is coming, I consider making all my HRE vassals marches. The question is: will I be able to integrate them with the last reform if they are marches, or they need to stay vassals?

Renovatio will inherit all HRE members, it doesn't matter if they're your vassals or not.
