Will HOI3 use EU3's system where you can scroll through the historical years and choose when to start as who or will it still use HOI2's static scenarios?

I much prefer EU3's system as it means no playing as Luxembourg until Republican Spain has formed, etc.

Reason: Knowing the exact unit positions/strength of every unit across 10k provs each day is just too much work

The HoI2 style - scenarios. Its impossible to recreate the whole war EU3 way. To many datas to many provinces.
There will be start dates:
-1936
-1938 (for multiplayer)
-1939 (beggining of war)
-1940 (Fall Gelb)
-1941 (Barbarossa)
-1942 (propably but not sure about thet scenario)
-1943 (after Stalingrad)
-1944 (D-Day)

It has been confirmed that you can choose sides once the civil war begins, so that's one problem off the list.
