Will HOI IV be less complicated than HOI III?

Hello!

So I have a question. What do you guys think, will HOI IV be less mind-boggling than HOI III? Sometimes playing HOI III just hurts my brain.

Also, will minor and micro powers have higher chances to actually do anything in the game?

I think it will be easier for smaller nations to influence the world, I have tried HOI3 and I couldn't even invade Norway on my own without the German's help as Sweden. Due to a cleaner looking map and UI overall, I do believe it will be easier to play the game as well with how the game is built up- smaller nations look as if they have more power even though Germany just stops through the Netherlands and whatnot- yet the Netherlands due to not being in a railroaded game will for sure be able to get GB or others to help the smaller nations out if war breaks out.. at least most likely.

Personally, I love playing as minor or micro powers. I have played a lot of HOI 2 and I never played as Germany or the Soviet Union. I really like playing as micro powers and doing everything myself, I can't even imagine how can you control every division and it's plans as the USSR or Germany in HOI 3. Currently in HOI 3 I'm playing Estonia, Finland was conquered and also the Balts were occupied but I managed to survive, take over Leningrad and liberate Finland (battles still going on in Northern-Finland), it was definitely very hard.

Also, one thing that I have to bring out is that all HOI games automatically give an edge to bigger nations in technology. I have read a book about an Estonian officer in artillery who was forcefully drafted into the Soviet Army in 1940 like the rest of the Estonian army, many escaped, many were shot while escaping. He noted that the artillery techniques used by the Soviets were very primitive compared to the techniques used in the Estonian army of the 1930's. Overall, countries like Finland and Estonia should have higher tech than the USSR in many fields, although they are smaller and have fewer resources.

From what I managed to saw during WWW so far, seems that at least army management will be easier to do on larger scale, which is a big plus to me (especially when playing the major power house such as Germany and SU). I think from what we've seen that you can build somewhat more complex plans for the AI to execute, which in itself is nice. Also, seems that building airborne and naval operations will require a lot less micromanaging of your forces, if you so decide to.
