Sadly it isn't. Pdx seems to be represented, but HOI will not be presented. Read it on ign.com. that's why i thought, that the thread can be closed...

Good question. With hearts of iron 4, they've already had a trauma concerning announcements. If a game wouöd be announced there, it already should be alpha stage i guess...
