Will EU III be in CD or DVD?

Just wish to know if Europa Universalis III would be in CD or DVD. Because EU III seems a larger game than all its predecessors and has a lot of data therefore I think it would be on a single DVD rather than on 2 or 3 CDs. Can anyone confirm this?

Going by this picture the whole thing is on one disk (the other one is the soundtrack i assume (this is the collectors edition)). Whether that's a CD or DVD we'll have to wait and see.

I believe it will be cd. For me it doesnt matter since I have both cd and dvd diskspaces. What I am concerned is if I can play it without putting cd in like all previous Paradox titles.
