Will CS be on sale before Steam July sale?

I want to buy more keys for my friends, it will pay off if I wait a little more?

I don't know what is Paradox way of dealing with sales, can you share some insights?

Steam great summer sale? Most likely we will see offer ranging from -10 to -25%, perhaps -50% on 24 hour sale if we are lucky.

I got link from my friend who was playing it and I asked him was it good. Watching him playing a while trough broadcast decided to buy it and he provided me with a link.

Edit: If for some reason Gigantti ain't official partner and link shouldn't be provided go ahead and delete my post. I would find that very odd because Gigantti is a very big company.
