Will Cheats be same as in HoI3?

Just curious, lets say i entered cheat code that enables instant research and infinite führer mana through console.
However, like in the HoI3, does means other players/AI will get the same effects too?

Hello,

I think the only cheats in HoI3 that applied to all players were the instant research and instant production ones. You could still give yourself infinite ressources whithout the AI getting anything
Since ressource stockpiles are gone in Hoi4 I don't know what you will get through cheats but if you really need additional cheats it's incredibly easy to make a cheat mod giving you any bonus you can dream of in paradox games.

Yeah, usually after I have had all my fun conquering whatever small nation. I like to edit the modifiers or the huge number of *.txt files that make up the game and make ridiculous scenarios.

Then I prefer to edit a savegame, sometimes extensively, to modify the scenario. I find it more useful and less limited than the usual cheats.
