Will Bosnia's name change when Herzegovina is released in 1.10?

As it currently stands in 1.9, the BOS tag is the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, not either or. This isn't a problem, bar the fact that in 1.10 Herzegovina will be able to be removed from Bosnia as it's own state, and I was just wondering if the creation of this new tag will result in Bosnia getting new names? Below are the current ones

Of course, having a state called "Bosnia-Herzegovina" without Herzegovina will look a bit strange on the map so I'm just curious to see if Bosnia will get a cosmetic tag which addresses this

either way, that opens up the possibility for both tags to be present on the map and that could result in Bosnia being called Bosnia-herzegovina if it's a different ideology

What is quite funny is that Czechoslovakia does actually have a cosmetic tag without Slovakia (CZE_ONLY) but it's only done if Germany splits Czechia from Slovakia through foci, and I don't think it can be achieved in any other way, there are a lot like this (England can only show up if Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales are all independent, so if Ireland gets NIRE, the UK can't actually change cosmetic tag)
