Will AI shpered nations use Acquire Core CB?

I am curious if this happens. I am playing as Spain and thought it would be fun to reclaim the Two Sicilies for Spain, but before I sphered Egypt, the Two Sicilies conquered pieces of Egypt.

So I'm at war with Two Sicilies and throughly beating them back in Egypt and in Sicily, but Egypt has yet to attempt to claim its rightful territory, and I am wondering if they ever will? I really do not want to take the three BB for Free People as I'm already taking 20BB for taking Sicily and East Naples (forgot state name).

You can "justify" free people and get less infamy

Also, Egypt can only add a wargoal if its individual warscore against TS is at least 1; so if you're doing all the work, Egypt can't add wargoals.

Yeah. As long as they're not a puppet, they can negotiate separately(which includes adding wargoals)

Thought that Uncivs cannot demand land from civs. Could be wrong about this, but you may want to tag switch to Egypt and see if it's an option.

it was like that in vanilla. we changed in in AHD (at least for cores. I cant remember if it was for all states)
