I was directed by Paradox Staff member Flynn to post on this forum to get an answer for my question.
Paradox has released all games DLC on the windows store, all these games have had DLC achievements at launch. Heart of Iron 4 has one base game achievement broken since launch and has been missing achievements from No Step Back since its launch in 2021. Most recently By Blood Alone was released without achievements, I asked about this on the forums before asking why it was released without achievements and never received a response. Now with First Contact DLC for Stellaris being released without achievements I'm starting to worry that Paradox has quietly stopped supporting the Windows version of these games and those like myself who have spent hundreds of dollars and thousands of hours playing on the windows store version of Paradox games are being left behind. hopefully a direct response from Paradox can prevent future players from making the same mistake others made and not purchase the game on the windows store as it is not the full version of the game.
