will 2.2 fix... this?

Will 2.2 fix the province independence bug, where the army is NORELGION_ARMY or something? It always, always crashes my Dacia game.

I know there is a possible fix, but it's still a pretty serious oversight :-/

You'd think so. So far they've fixed everything that came up in the Hotfixes.

I believe it is part of the hot fixes, if not its the non_culture freeze patch from Cheexsta.
