Error in the HOI3 wiki:
Army HQ: instead of +1% organization per leader skill the army leader provides +1 base ORG per leader skill modified by the officer ratio.

Some rules are not the same in the 1944 scenario:
Army Group HQ leader decreases supply consumption by 4% per skill level instead of 5%
Logistics wizard reduces supply consumption by ~20% instead of ~25%.

There are a heap of mistakes in the wiki, the data was probably correct when it was first put in but there have been so many changes, I just don't think the wiki has been kept updated.

Yes I know but there is a new wiki now and at least the "command structure" page apparently got a lot of love from the community; the wiki OOB info is exactly what the old timers in here are passing to the new players.

Barros - I would have to personally check the LW issue, but the Army bonus had a lengthy thread way back in FTM. It was known that what you discovered is the case, but at that point we couldn't update the wiki. The Army commander raises the base org (as modified by doctrines) 1%/level and no more. The other .4 comes from the officer ratio after modification, so technically speaking the data concerning the Army commander is correct.

Edit: it was the mousemaster who first raised the issue.

I kindly ask you to double-check that again because I don't think that is the case in TFH. A division with a 30 ORG and 100% officer ratio will have a maximum ORG of 31 after being attached to an army with a level 1 guy in charge. IMO there is no % involved only a simple +1 base ORG per leader skill modified by the officer ratio.

Out of curiosity, how did you confirm the effects of the LW and AG HQ supply effects?
I tested with a save from a game as Germany where I invaded the Soviet Union (1944 scenario at VH) because it was “sweet” to show the supply network working. What I ended up discovering is that at least the army group and the logistical wizard trait have different rules than the 1936 scenario (go figure why). I also wanted to know exactly which is the maximum supply reduction provide by a OOB 100% optimized to reduce supply consumption (TH HQ all the way to division) ; after doing the math I realized that the AG leader in that scenario only provides -4% supply consumption per skill level and the LW reduce supply consumption by 20%. I was tired and did not realize that I was actually playing a scenario and that the rules might be different. I am going to edit the original post.

Edit: For army group (AG) test; no leaders in division, corps, army and theater and a skill 5 guy without LW trait in charge of the AG.
LW test 1: detached division from the OOB and gave it a LW. LW test 2: LW wizards in division, corps, army, AG and theater HQ.
