Wiki down again?

I've been trying to open http://www.paradoxian.org/eu3wiki/Main_Page recently and is says "Forbidden; You don't have permission to access /eu3wiki/Main_Page on this server."
Is wiki down again or is it some kind of maintenance?

I suppose it was some maintenance in the morning hours.
