WIF2, players report huge amounts of IC in late game...?

I imagine FT is too busy, but I could look at fixing this for him if I could be pointed in the right direction?

For WIF2, DH1.04 version, players reports (see thread) enormous amounts of IC levels in the late game.

Is there anything in DH1.04 which may be causing this to happen. Perhaps I could adjust it and get it fixed.

I run a test game with WIF2 using a neutral country and i noticed too the vast amount of IC in Germany. Other powers seems to be unaffected by this problem. Another test using Germany revelead that the IC are at normal levels, even taking the -20% IC penalty of WIF2 in account. Both test were conducted at normal difficulty level. My conclusion is that some events are firing incorrectly when AI is using Germany. By esclusion one possibility is that GER AI is abusing the Create Public Works event using the bonus money, something that the new patch may have made possible. Also it' possible that WIF2 Autobahn network events are firing incorrectly giving too much IC to Germany. The new patch introduces many events already in WIF2, so they may fire double time, creating the massive IC concentration experienced.

Hello, thanks for the heads-up. Could you please let me know about those "double events" between WIF2 and DH vanilla so I can clean them?
