Wierd government change

Playing as the US (Rev + VIP)

I change policies to Universal Suffrage, and All Trade Unions. The Liberty Party (Anarcho Liberal) is in power, its 1839 and apparently this swings me into a Presidential Dictatorship.

Is this WAD?

This is intentional: anarcho-liberals, by their very nature, will establish a dictatorship to enforce their laissez-faire policies.
