A person who claims to be a beta tester in the past and makes a post with the title "Why?", instead of "Why is there no open/closed beta test?" seems to me a bad beta tester. At least with reporting it to the devs.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
At least the subject wasn't "Why did...." or "One thing I...." like you see all too often.
Good point though 'why' does tend to draw you into the thread out of curiosity.
