Why you may have France quitting ''Disjointed Government'' National Spirit and in others runs not?

So, i was playing as UK trying to do the ''William Wallis'' achievement and i just got surprised, when in an war with french because i was attacking canada and france didnt give sudetenland for GER, so the french joined the ''Commonwealth of Nations'', when i see france doesnt have the (Disjointed Government) National Spirit and when i take Paris they didnt capitulate, it was well-surprise because i think the devs have fixed the France surrendering too fast, soo i did a test in 1939 scenario and 1936 and both doesnt have the french doing the Focus ''Defensive Stratagems'' to remove their national spirit, so i got more confused and i should post my question here sooo....

Why the French do this by what frequency and why ''sometimes''? Keep in mind that the UK save was historical one no mods and when i see their national spirit off it was July of 39'

On historical at least in my runs I never had that problem with them. By 1940 as Germany I always needed the north that was it. So I dont know what is happening in your game seems a little buggy. Maybe because you are no longer democratic, they stick with the czech?.
France needs some major focus adjustments though 90 percent of the time their navy is fully researched whilst army has nothing by 1940... And on alt history the game always breaks because of the French guarantees which is annoying as hell.

I dont understand your point. you are saying that in your runs the french are giving up their national spirit, or they are just doing the normal things? If was the 2nd option, idk for you but for me taking paris and few provinces and latter capitulating france it doesnt seem true legit to history for me, especially when i see videos that the player takes France ONLY with paratroopers.

The AI focuses are generally driven by a "strategy plan" that lays out exactly what focuses should be taken with what priority. The historical French strategy plan seems to be set up to intentionally fail, as it will never take that focus. However, the AI will abort strategy plans under specific circumstances. Here's the relevant trigger:

Code:
OR = {
    GER = { has_completed_focus = GER_oppose_hitler }
    AND = {
        ENG = { has_completed_focus = ENG_a_change_in_course }
        NOT = { GER = { has_completed_focus = GER_oppose_hitler } }
    }
}
has_game_rule = {
    rule = FRA_ai_behavior
    option = DEFAULT
}

Now, in your game presumably you went for the change in course, so that means that the French AI under default settings will abort the historical strategy plan if Germany hasn't opposed Hitler (which it rarely chooses to do even if AI focuses are on random.) As you said that Germany demanded the Sudetenland, clearly it's on the default path. However, the French AI only switches to the "alternate" strategy plan if Germany choose to oppose Hitler, so France just kinda "wings it," picking focuses and things according to their basic ai_will_do weights. Apparently that actually leads to Defensive Stratagems being taken, where it wouldn't be under either strategy plan. Apparently it also unlocks the option for the AI to choose to oppose the taking of the Sudetenland.
