While building a densely packed part of my city with loads of high density R zones I have come to the realization that a high density R building housing two dozen cims families goes abandoned if just one dead body isn't picked up on time.
Now, I can understand that a dead body in a large house, like the low density R zones, will make that building unlivable and people will abandon it because of the... unpleasant smells and such, but why would a building that is 10 stories high with dozens of apartments get abandoned by every single family living there because of one dead body in the building?
There should be a history record keep for each HD R building that would make the building go abandoned only after 3 dead bodies are not picked up in a certain time span. (the time can be set as high or low to keep the game balanced)
What do the rest of you think about this?
