You're a bit thin on India. Here are some of my reactions:
Rajputana: You've got a big country with mediocre provinces sandwiched between Delhi and the Timurids. Either could wipe you out, but if you survive and Westernize, there are few limits to your ability to expand
Bihar: You control Asia's second best COT, but much more powerful Delhi has cores on half your provinces. Tech development is relatively easy, but it's hard to build the military forces you need to survive.
Orissa: The real challenge of the subcontinent. You have all the nasty neighbors, but you don't have Bihar's COT, Rajputana's size, or Vijayanagar's position. You do start with relatively good sliders, but parlaying them into a winning position is hard.
