When the stars are right.
Damn, you made me think of a line from a movie/game and now I can't figure out where I've heard it.

Cthulhu will return when the stars are right. Maybe that is it?Damn, you made me think of a line from a movie/game and now I can't figure out where I've heard it.
Everyone just needs to be a little more patient. If you're able to wait 15 years for a truce to expire you should be able to wait a few more weeks for the release date to be announced.![]()
No, you are getting it wrong. It's exactly because Hordes are being buffed that they are struggling to find a way to nerf them in this patch.
My bet will be on no more No Child Can be a Khan.
Nothing should be released around the fallout 4 launch. I emerged from my room after a month following Fallout 3 and Skyrim. This should be roughly the same.
No need to be genius to know that they are rushing for christmas shoping madness. So expect release on late December.

I think it's because people tend to buy stuff for Christmas.Does Christmas mean much to Paradox? I'm willing to bet 99% of us buy the games for ourselves and the only disadvantage releasing after Christmas is that everyone is on the bones of their arse.

@Wiz As much as I am looking forward to it coming out, it might be a good idea to make it come out at least a month after fallout 4 as lots of people are getting it so will be playing that for a bit or wont have as much money to spend on things like DLC
There's also the Steam holiday sale to think about.Or because some people have a bit of time off work and may buy new games/DLCs to play (so as to avoid the family, perhaps).
Has an EU4 DLC ever gone on sale right away? There's also the Steam holiday sale to think about.
I think there have been some smaller sales, like 10-25%, fairly soon after release. However, I was mostly thinking about having EU4 itself on sale and people seeing it just got updated, maybe buying the DLC too.Has an EU4 DLC ever gone on sale right away?
So what you are saying is that we can delay the inevitable BYS nerfs forever? The ETA for The Cossacks moves back one day every time someone asks for it. It was originally supposed to come out in 2013.
Shame on you; no proper Rome fanboy would write BYZ as BYS!So what you are saying is that we can delay the inevitable BYS nerfs forever?
