My bet will be on no more No Child Can be a Khan.

Nothing should be released around the fallout 4 launch. I emerged from my room after a month following Fallout 3 and Skyrim. This should be roughly the same.

Got exams this winter, so locking myself in a room with the game does won´t fit it until January... But I guess I still will play it in the evenings... My breaks... Every time I´m able... The girlfriend won´t see me for at least a month ;-)

No need to be genius to know that they are rushing for christmas shoping madness. So expect release on late December.

Never understood all your arguments with christmas sales, since they make next to no sense in this context. Rushing for christmas sales is a phrase used for stuff being bought and unwrapped at christmas. Now I´m no expert, but I´d assume that not many children are playing this so we are actually able to pay for it when we want it.

So that´s why so many, myself included, rush out to buy it on release because... basically we´re still children ;-) I see no reason to wait for christmas, in fact I have less money in december due to all the other crappy gifts I have to buy for others... So basically a November release would mean more sales, since many might not have started rushing for christmas gifts

Does Christmas mean much to Paradox? I'm willing to bet 99% of us buy the games for ourselves and the only disadvantage releasing after Christmas is that everyone is on the bones of their arse.

I can't imagine asking my wife for Cossacks. She isn't even on Steam and the fuss simply wouldn't be worth it.

Anyway, there are still a few features left to exprostulate. Like the whole faction / estates mechanic - correct me if I'm wrong but they've said almost nothing about that.

I think there have been some smaller sales, like 10-25%, fairly soon after release. However, I was mostly thinking about having EU4 itself on sale and people seeing it just got updated, maybe buying the DLC too.

The ETA for The Cossacks moves back one day every time someone asks for it. It was originally supposed to come out in 2013.
