Why there are locked threads here?

As you probably already noticed some of the threads here are locked.

This is needed for us (the developers) to know when a reported issue is already addressed by someone of us, so there is no need another team member to look at it.

If you think there is something you have to add to a closed thread, then please make a post here or contact via PM anyone of us and we'll unlock the thread for you.

all the ships techs components with the electronic specialty should be changed - may be to some variation of 'communication equipment)

DD - ASW
CL - AA guns
CA - Torpedoes
BC/BB - naval artillery radar

as all those things are now researched separately unlike vanilla HoI2 that didn't even have naval brigades.
