Why oh why.. do they hate me?

I try and be a good leader.. and yet.. they hate me. Also traffic design is a pain in the tush. Help anyone and everyone?

I can't figure out why when I raise taxes, they like me more. And why in general everyone seems so unhappy. Also, though I would love your help with my actual file, I am hoping that someone can tell me what to do so I learn for next time. Also what should I LOOK for next time to figure out why they are unhappy.. I figured out SimCity on my own.. but this I am stuck with.

I haven't loaded your game and seen what troubles you might have. But you may try to google your problems. Write "Citites: Skylines 'your problem'" and likely you'll get several hits including youtube videos giving you some ideas how to go forward.

Well, I'm no super player but I've seen lots of youtube videos that has helped me and also done some reading. It's been good to compare with how I play and get some ideas to develop on.
I think that will be the best for you as well as it's somewhat difficult to help you if one doesn't know what question to answer

I'll try watching some videos when I get back from the Gym, just wish I knew what my main problem was so I could google on how to fix 'myproblem' instead of just looking at general videos

The general problem seems to be traffic and how to build a roadsystem that doesn't make traffic congestions.

Off course it could also be you haven't build any (enough) fire houses, schools, medic centers, and such. Or maybe you're experiencing the poop water problem. So many possible problems

Asgersikker, those are the problems for my city? Or are you just listing general problem? I'm looking for specific help on the forums, listing general issues does me zero good. Either load up my city and let me know what's going on or please let someone else help. If it was obvious, like poop water or city services I would have fixed it. Also I don't think traffic is bad enough to effect the citizen rating being so low. You seem to think this is a issue with me being lazy, it's not. I've spent hours on this city and can't find the major issue.

Thanks mate, also I am trying to get one of the buildings for an achievement, and cant seem to get crime rate ABOVE 22%? I turned down funding to 50% and turned OFF all the police stations.. what else am I supposed to do?

Ok, had a quick play....

1) you had a 2 groups of buildings not connected to the road network.
2) you have a couple of things not connected to water.
3) you have residents houses overlapping industrial areas which is making them sick.

When I started bulldozing all the abandoned houses your industry demand went through the roof and your population growth went into the 300+

As I said, I am no expert but that's what I saw

Another thing you could do is get the Traffic lights mod http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=411833858
I use this all the time, and getting rid of lights where traffic piles up is a good way to get them moving again
