Why no Common Sense pre Order

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
No CET is +1 GMT. Fun fact, both Spain and Sweden are in it, but not the brits (of course they wouldn't).
Might be +2 at some occasions because of summer/winter time changes (god I hate those).
By June, it is DST in most western countries in the northern hemisphere.
CET is GMT +1, however Sweden is currently in CEST which is GMT +2. Of course, the UK is currently in BST, which is GMT +1, so Sweden is still only one hour ahead of the UK.
Just leave your computer on with steam turned on. It'll update when the patch hits.
Yeah CET becomes CEST in summer, and WET becomes BST, but as you point out it doesn't change anything for time differences between countries, unless you're in that annoying moment where some countries have shifted but not others. We're well past that point in June though.
Though I'm aware this is slightly derailing, the time-differences do change when comparing between countries on different sides of the equator. Plus there are some countries that don't actually use daylight saving times (for good reason, as it's never actually been proven to be in any way useful).
Did Paradox gave out any "time" it will be released?.... Waiting and refreshing steam all the time but not even a "sign" of this release....
