sweden is +2 gmt central european time.
Some sites offer discountsWhat would be the point in being able to pre-order dlc?
I think it's probably DST in Sweden at the moment.
CET is GMT +1, however Sweden is currently in CEST which is GMT +2. Of course, the UK is currently in BST, which is GMT +1, so Sweden is still only one hour ahead of the UK.No CET is +1 GMT. Fun fact, both Spain and Sweden are in it, but not the brits (of course they wouldn't).
Might be +2 at some occasions because of summer/winter time changes (god I hate those).

Though I'm aware this is slightly derailing, the time-differences do change when comparing between countries on different sides of the equator. Plus there are some countries that don't actually use daylight saving times (for good reason, as it's never actually been proven to be in any way useful).Yeah CET becomes CEST in summer, and WET becomes BST, but as you point out it doesn't change anything for time differences between countries, unless you're in that annoying moment where some countries have shifted but not others. We're well past that point in June though.
