Any reason why there are no Common Sense Pre orders on Steam? Or at the very least a confirmed price level for the expansion? A release time would be nice as well if possible

It is confirmed to be 15 euros/dolares. There was never a dlc preorder. Time depends on steam probably 19h.

well if we go for Swedish time then I would assume midnight on the 19th there which would be 13.30 hours if I assum its +0 so GMT would be 11.00... why 19 hours? Steam usually releases at a specific time?

the last expansions released at 15:00 (GMT+1, Swedish Time) the update came a little earlier although that could be due to high demand on the steam shop page
I would like to know what if any additional dlc will be released with the main expansion. I never understand why they are so secretive about that. Why do they seem ashamed of their unit and music packs. They should announce them with pride.

They said something about that. Russian units i think, Italians and ottos if i remember.
They never have pre-orders or a specific release time. At least not for EU4/CK2 dlc.
Pre ordering is evil but I have to admit that I was checking a few seconds ago if it did show up somewhere and I could check what was going to be released along with it.
Can you tell me where that info is? And besides, didn't Ottomans already get a DLC with the digital extreme DLC that inscluded Stars and Crescent content?
I think there was some thread about small dlcs and wiz hinted something.
DLC mostly release at around 17:00 - 18:00 GMT +1 (central european time) based on previous DLCs' release times.
Will check when i get home.

Well, to be able to buy it and registering the key on Steam it would mean that I would have it downbloaded and installed when I get home from work today
As the size of this DLC probably is small it doesn't really matter in this case, but larger releases benefit a lot from pre-loading.

Steam would download it immediatelly and you would be able to start playing it few minutes earlier
