So ok. I went for Persia for the first time. Easy way as Ajam. Converted to Zoroastrian, got some permanent claims, then formed Persia.

Then I was informed, that Feudal Theocracy is not really for me.

Can someone explain to me what is going on? Is it because I converted to Zoroastrian religion too early? Or maybe I need to do something else? My first try yesterday was stopped by savegame always crushing at a certain date, but yesterday I got proper theocracy. Now this? Anyone?

That's odd. You should get it when forming Persia all the same. You can't pick it from the Government Reforms manually? Should be in T1.

I believe Feudal Theocracy is only available to Zoroastrians in versions 1.32 and later.

Fixed an issue, which made the usage of the Feudal Theocracy unusable if you switch from Muslim to Zoroastrian.

Do you still get the Event forcing you into Shia Islam when you form Persia?

Do you still get the Event forcing you into Shia Islam when you form Persia?

You can decline to go Shia and get +1 stability instead.
Do keep in mind though that several of their unique events require being Shia to trigger.

Ok, so I switched to 1.33, embraced Feudal Theocracy, and switched again.

My save is still ironman so it works all right
