Why &ll the games and extensions of paradox are sold except utopia?

If you mean why everything else is on sale except Utopia, well it's obviously because Utopia was just released today.
But yes that I know but it was mainly to know if he was going to be in sales in a short time.
You'll have to wait months if you want it on sale, and then probably only $4~$5 less. It's really worth it to get it now.

I'm sorry, but how is that relevant to anything? The slogan does not imply that the DLC is supposed to be on sale from day one.
It's pretty simple. The word "sale" means you can buy it. It does not mean "discount". Granted, due to the mental stunting of the general public, stores often (incorrectly) use the word sale instead of discount because most of the general public has issues understanding words with more than four letters. Every product in a store is for sale, but only some have a discount. Utopia is available for purchase. Which means it is now "on/for sale".
