I did, it didn't work, neither did replacing it, changing the road configuration, or changing the type of road from four to two lane. I get this error quite a lot but normally it'll work once it's replaced.

I just made suggestions to someone on the console tab with the same problem with their tram depot. You might want to read.

Have you tried to disable the anarchy mod before placing it down?

If the line is too far from the depot this can happen. Move it closer to the line. Move it back once all the cars are out on service.

If you have 2 networks that are separate this will show until they fill up
Or just put a connector between them

Is the correct answer. It worked the moment I turned Anarchy off. It turned out it was being blocked by another building but with Anarchy on I hadn't noticed.
