And I do think that modern turkish cannot really speak with a tatar or usbek, but that might just be me ^^.

Of the preceding 16 languages this game only comes with 4. So by that measure we'd need to add 12 more languages to the game! I am sorry but I doubt that is going to happen. Especially given that, as I say, languages are never added to games after release - certainly not this long afterwards.

Hopefully someone can make a mod for you, if they haven't already.

Probably the sell numbers of eu4 arent that good compared to traditional paradox markets, although I have no idea of the sell numbers of eu4 in comparision to nations.
Also most people who cannot speak english are probably not able to play this game, it is probably easier to learn english ^^.( not meant offensive sry if I offend someone)
