Why is there no Europa Universalis theme?

I think this is due to the EU one being the default, and when we started publishing more games we moved to a more neutral Paradox Header, so most likely it was just replaced.
Would be a good ideal to bring it back for EU series sub-forums like the HOI has.

Definitely something to look at when we do the style sheets of the new forum.

Perhaps also make it so that it is possible to go back to having different styles in different sub forums. As it is now you will get the same theme everywhere if you ever touch the theme changing menu at the bottom of the page.

I can reset it for you, but it is a manual process.
There are many issues with this forum, we have basically out grown it which is why we are moving on to a completely new one.

I'm looking forward to that new forums Can you tell us when Paradox will complete the move?

We try very hard to make announcements that we can deliver on.
It is currently progressing more or less to plan, but still not close enough to give a specific date.
I will say "Getting closer".
