"Death Stars" (I would bet my hat on it )
Will come with the next major DLC which will bring major overhauls to war/combat.
Also this DLC is going to be released we can assume in late fall or early winter 2017.
The new Star Wars movie releases december 2017 so many people will be in the "Men I love Star Wars modus" and even if theres no death star in the movie (god I hope so -.-) this will help the sales numbers ; ).
A gigantic fortress which can't be destroyed would have been most interesting. I mean, you could only disable it through heavy firepower and you could take the fort away from the enemy in a peace deal.

Wiz stated (in one of the dev streams), that planetkiller superweapons are a thing they will look into in future, but do not have good ideas on how to balance 'planet-destroying' capabilities yet.It appears that the absent of aggressive Mega Structures is intentional and I'd like to hear the reasons behind this.
That's no galaxy... it's a space station! How much more over the top could they possibly go now? Having a sunsized station that sucks in a black hole to obliterate a whole starcluster?...
The intention for Banks and Utopia was to focuss on inner Empire workings. And in particular add something to do for tall games that happen due to nessesity.Hi there!
So as far as I know, there is not an "aggressive" Mega-Structure. I'm talking about a weapon like (you know this one was coming) a Death Star or some kind of "Mega Ship". It seems so logical too me to include a Mega Structure that supports an aggressive playstyle and while the Dyson Sphere surly helps to support a large fleet, it seems more like a "general thing" that any player with any playstyle can need.
