Asturias tag, introduced with "Golden Century" DLC, has a rank of Kingdom by default. But by the Y'1444 the Kingdom of Asturias was long gone, becoming the Kingdom of Leon. Although the Duchy of Asturias continued to exist for a long time after that, there's little reason for this tag to exist (unless as a Duchy). Plus in the upcoming patch, "Asturias" area was renamed into "North Castille" and the province itself was moved into "Leon" area.

So, please, consider the following options:

- Remove "Asturias" tag (ASU) completely and replace it later with something else;
- Decrease the government status of "Asturias" from Kingdom into Duchy and reduce the number of their cores.

Along with that, there's an achievement "Why is the Rûm gone?!" for Asturias, so the options for that are:

- Reassign this achievement for Leon, if you recycle Asturias;
- Allow this achievement for both Leon and Asturias, if the former will be kept.

The achievement itself isn't popular; according to Steam, only 0.5% of players have it, so it won't upset too many people.

So please, do consider these rather small changes in the future. Thank you!

thats because most people dont play ironman. Most people dont want to go after achievements but play it in normal mode... not everyone is a powerhungry achievement hunter. Thats a bad reason to change an achievement if at all.

I like Asturias, both an interesting colour and relatively unique envoy-heavy idea set. And its legacy continues to this day as the title of the heir presumptive of the Spanish throne, so I don't see a reason to throw it out.

It seems that these people won't lose that achievement after all:
Obiously you keep it, it already happen with "Shahanshah" it was originally a for the Tabarestan tag that no longer exists and now is for Ardabil

At the very least, let it be a Duchy, not a Kingdom, with less cores on the map.

Just to be clear: I've never said: "Lets remove all achievements! What good are they?"

I've simply proposed to change the requirements of the mentioned achievement. So there's no need for such outbursts of maximalism.

And one more: removing this tag is just one option out of the few I described. If Asturias is a Duchy, but not a Kingdom, and has less cores, then I'll accept that too.
