I have some weird issue where tons of lowborns are constantly popping up in Constantinople, making it difficult to keep below 30 (which I generally want to encourage foreign claimants Ive invited to breed with my matri-married daughters).

Is this due to some new event in LOR?

If it helps any, Ive noticed they're all Soldier-traits types, usually with decent martial...
