All good and well, but wouldn't it be UPCA (United Provinces of Central America) and not USCA then? At least according to Wikipedia... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Republic_of_Central_America. Of course Wikipedia is not the best source for valid info, but it was easy to link.

And why not Deutschland instead of Germany? After all it is a much more proper name. We could go on all day about this.

I find it a little strange that a dev wants a country mislabeled, just because he "happens to like that name more". But I guess we should be glad it's just for a short-lived minor. Imagine the USA being called "United Provinces of America" or something, just because he likes that name more (hmm, but that would affect sales, so is unlikely).

What you would rather have a Designer who dislikes the game? I like the name because it harks back to Victoria, and really want to keep as much of the feel of Victoria as possible. If that name ruined your Victoria expierence, then it is going to ruin the Victoria 2 expierence as well. Sorry about that, not a lot I can do there.
