So I just checked this out and, due to the 'egalitarian' requirement and the fact that AI personalities haven't been changed much, it's now seemingly impossible for an AI Empire with 'corporate dominion' to get a Ruthless Capitalist/Peaceful Trader personality. The addition of egalitarian means they end up as Erudite Explorers.
Tbh the trader personalities have been a bit weird for a while, hopefully this inspires Paradox to rethink either them or the corporate civic.
