Yep, you can. I continued a Spain ironman game and founded an East India company, the save is fine and still in ironman mode.

Anyway does anyone know what WoN will provide? I'm kind of confusing since I don't know what are the things that will apply after I purchase WoN. I only know that it will be East India for sure but I don't know what kind of bonus or bonuses it will provide. Can anyone explain about WoN to me please? I only have CoP+Res Republica.

I thought it was strange that it was at 33%. I had enough funds in my steam wallet to buy it if it was at 50% so I decided to wait.
