I have EUIV Pre-Order and registered. But still cannot use EUIV avatar at here. Why?

How do you guys propose EU4 avatars shouls be? I can't really figure out what can be done here that is not already in the EU3 avatar list?
May I propose non-wavy ones with EU4-style frame?
Of course, the flag/country list will be mostly the same as EU3's because the timespans and the settings of the games are (mostly) the same, but the style would still be different.
