Hello,

Sorry if this is dumb question or I am missing something obvious but this is driving me insane.
When I increase number of certain ships using fleet manager it is still saying I cant reinforce because their are already at full strenght.
Clearly they are not. They are missing one cruiser and one battleship.

I need to go to the shipyard every time and build them there manualy. Only that way they join the fleet.

Anyone have idea what is going on ?

Have you ruled out the possibility that reinforcements are on their way?
Is the fleet correctly set to 8 battleships, 13 cruisers and 12 destroyers in the fleet manager?

I would guess their reinforcements are already built and enroute. They don't show up as a separate fleet if they have orders to merge and the game won't build them twice.

Sadly they are not built and enroute. You can see on the first picture that they are not part of the fleet at all. I guess it must be bugged maybe I did reinforce and upgrade at same time.
By the way how often do you upgrade your fleets ? Is it worth every time you research any military technology ? It is quite expensive.

Also is there any possibility how to remove and re-do the fleet without disbanding the ships ?

Strategic resource shortage. make sure you have crystals / gas / motes / zro to cover the fits
if you dont have 50+, buy some and see if you can then reinforce

usually something like psyonic shields when you dont have zro, or dark matter

I've had a bug on the past where after deleting a shipyard or 2, which were constructing ships, the build queue on the manager would look like yours, and no matter what I would change on the fleet composition, I could not reinforce it, saying it was already at full strength. You may have reached this. Only happens if you changed some shipyards though, not sure if it helps.
