Why Edward Rydz-Śmigły is not field marshal of Poland ?

I find this very weird that Rydz-Smigly is not an field marshal and just an advisor , same for Maczek. Someone has an explanation for this decision of Paradox ? Also Poland in general lack of generals and should have Jozef Unrung as admiral. I hope that Poland will get some improvment in the futur

Sadly it is a similar state of things for Italy as well as all the other nations added by Death or Dishonour. Nonetheless it is certain that Paradox will be adding more leader figures into the game overtime, especially for the warring nations.

Śmigły IMO shouldn't be in-game as field commander, his role as the Chief of Army position is fine.

Also, it's Unrug, not Unrung - and it's second or third thread about him in last two days, why sudden resurgence of interest in Polish navy?
