About house members,I like to do that way also, as long as they dont have claim to your main title(s) they dont cause much trouble, but anyway i think game underestimates dynasties, its +5 same dynasty relations bonus is not sufficient, so i changed it to 25 in my game, maybe you would do so also.

Nope- it only works when You've older son not born in purple (for example- bastard). He gets this trait, but if he's younger- he'll get only strong claim on throne. Shame that Paradox hadn't changed it- historically it was father who chose his heir (if he was responsible- most talented one. If not- most beloved one ).
