Why don't my army (or theirs) don't go to war?

I've been at war... quite a few times now! During the same as always; Drawing my offensive line & execute it.
But... Nothing happens :s Sure, I can move my units, action happens then.
But if I (as usual) draw my line, both armies goes into combat. Just this time, NOTHING happens!! No combat at all.
Against the USSR.

Ahhh, I must admit I used the "declare war immediately" cheat. It is NOT a pirated version....

I used it on Romania to get a better flank & a bit of oil. I seriously didn't want to, but Britain guarantees independence of EVERY country, after I invade Poland early -_-

Well, if you register your games, you show that you are not running a pirated version
People will answer you. Quite helpful if you ask for complex subject, like modding

Registering your game proves, that you have a legal copy. Proof of credibility, for others on official Paradox forum to believe you. People lie too often on the Internet, to take their word for it. I don't know you, and I am fairly sure a lot of others don't know you either.
And I never said you cannot be here. But if you are here and want something from others that are here - you should follow the rules. When in Rome - do as the Romans do. Next time, people just might not help you.

I am following the rules. My Steam account & Paradox are also linked together now. I don't see anything different, though. How can you tell when a persons Steam account is synced? o.0

while the OP has freely admitted he doesn't wish to link his accounts, you fellows know you can hide your icons right? You cannot simply tell if they registered due to their icons these days, also, it's not really anyone's job to try and police the forums looking for pirates, especially when you don't KNOW their pirates, it's just a bit dickish to be so stand offish just due to the fact they have no badge.

As for the topic on hand, OP are you maybe trying to go through another country? I know sometimes I try to plan through my allies borders and declare war and then forget to call my allies in, which refuses my military the ability to invade through my ally

Or maybe your just using the interface wrong, posting screenshots would help. And Finally, your OP is not exactly... well put. I don't completely understand the language you're trying to get through, I know English may not be your first language but if you could restate things in a slightly more coherent way maybe there will be more response to your query
